This test is for those working below the level of an accountant—used where the job includes bookkeeping functions using cloud accounting packages. This test is applicable for job titles including Office Manager, Assistant Accountant or Bookkeeper.

The test assesses:

• Financial information processing knowledge
• Double entry accounting
• The ability, or not, to produce accurate month-end accounts
• The ability to interpret financial information to add value to the business owner

and covers four core bookkeeping activities:

• Processing & Journals
• Accounting Concepts
• Business Support
• Taxation & Payroll
